Congratulations to the TechAwards 07 nominees in four categories:
Carematic, Deyegenostics and Take One aim for the Good Chip Award; BeCrypt, RxNT and Ultravision look to land the Innovator Award; Convergence Technology Consulting, Inovex and NMR Consulting land TechService Award nods; and Force 3, Proteus Technologies and Syracuse Research Corp vie for Tech Company of the Year.
