TechAwards 06:
celebrating the intersection of technology and life
About the Night
Nearly 250 people turned out for our 2nd Annual TechAwards 06 - celebrating the intersection of technology and life.
This year, we profiled nominees in five categories prior to announcing the winners at our Nov. 1 TechAwards event at Loews Annapolis Hotel.
After a short introduction by AATC President and CEO of the Sidus Group Mark Powell and AATC Executive Director Laura Willoughby - one that included "awards" to the Blackberry Behemoth and Hidden MySpace Obsession winners - the honoring of awards began.
Emcee for the night was Chris Foster, deputy director of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development.
